iSafe Office

iSafe Office is a Web and Mobile (Android & iOS) based application which is designed and developed to Automate Tech Park needs consists three major modules

1) Visitor Management,
2) Facilities
3) Ticketing Management.

Visitor Management : iSafeOffice reduces manual effort to add visitors and schedule visits (whether it is a Business meeting, Personal or Interviews etc.,) with respective Companies residing in the Tech Park. It is a end-to-end application to capture Visitor details, scheduling their meetings, monitoring their visiting time slots till the visitor leaves the Tech Park premises once the scheduled visit is completed. It has also a feature of extending Visitor time slot when needed.

Facility Management : Application allows companies (users) to view all facilities in tech park and available slots for booking.

Ticket Management : It is an end-to-end Issue tracking system. When Issue(Ticket) has been raised by user (company), Help Desk assign evaluate the ticket and assign to appropriate department (plumbing, electricity etc.,) and monitor the SLAs and follows proper escalation matrix till the Issue is resolved.

Capture Image : This application has an additional feature for user to capture or upload image while raising the complaint and also the security can also capture the image of the visitor after validating using unique code.

iMobile

iMobile is an enterprise mobile (ios, Android) and web application. The main aim of the application is to manage the workflow notifications and to create Clock in/out punches using mobile. Using iMobile mobile application, users can access/check their notifications and they can perform the actions like Approve/Quick Approve, Reject and close .

Using this application, they can assign the users for iMobile application to access their responsibilities (notifications, punches etc.) and user can create his / her TO-DO List.

OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) They can also manage the OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) punches from mobile application as well as from web application simultaneously.
